I was asked to create a sample lesson based on the academic discipline for which I was applying, which was sociology, and then teach the lesson to the interviewer as if he were my class. I was given five minutes to prepare and allowed to use a sheet of notebook paper in lieu of a dry-erase board.
Nothing. I was pretty young, fresh out of college, they knew I had practically zero experience. I think they were desperate.
They asked how I’d motivate an unenthusiastic student and how I felt about a pre-planned curriculum.
They asked me about courses I designed and why they were valuable.

He asked if I have 3+ years of work experience in Music, Education, or related field, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
Using the 3D’s teaching method that they taught us during the group interview we had to send a video of us teaching how to do a jumping jack. Asked some scenario questions like what do you do when you are with a group and a kid falls off the bike and is hurt, one of them is eating a snack without permission , and the other one needs to go to the washroom.
