I was asked about challenging customer service interactions I've had in the past and their resolution. Pretty standard interview fare.
They asked all the typical interview questions and then also basic questions on history and civics.

Not a lot, besides looking at my portfolio and asking what I wanted to teach and how I can execute. It actually takes a lot of thinking to execute your curriculum. ASM needs to know about the budget and what exactly you want to teach the course.
