What do you look for when building a team?
All behavioral questions... tell me about a time when... you solved a conflict? handled an impossible task? dealt with competing priorities? refined processes? delivered data-driven reporting to various levels? What was your approach?

Some people are just pleasant and easygoing, and don't have disagreements with managers and peers to handle/overcome, or all of the obstacles typically in behavioral based questions.
