It was first interview with HR however he asked me right away if I live in the Netherlands and how much money do I want. It was so weird because he did not explain the job itself. The job post has not been published. He just reached me via email and wanted to talk to me about a TPM position. And he asked me how much I want. I said it depends on the position and seniority level. Then he started talking about that my work experience is not enough for senior level but also my experience is not suitable for any role. :D He was very rude. His face and mimics were so irritating. It was like he was forced to be in that meeting. He reached me and then he said I am not suitable for any open positions. (I even did not go through about past. He did not explain the job. He just said these just because I said the salary expectation is depends on the seniority level) I spent 45 min for the meeting and we did not come to any conclusion. It was sooooo weird. It was the most negative HR interview experience in my life and I did interviews with big companies such as Nike, Atlassian, Tesla motors, Amazon etc I do not know what is wrong with some HRs. If the company hires me, the HR will make money because of this. I am a profit for him but still they are so rude and straight forward for the salary negotiation. And they are telling me what I am capable of without even hearing my experience from my mouth. Linkedin profiles ae just a summary, they are not a proof of a person's capacity.
