Interview 1 - Q: Tell me in your current role, what's been your biggest challenge? Not necessarily from a product or scoping perspective but like more so, it's a big company right? And you're working remote, and it's through acquisition? There must be some conflicting opinions and things like that from time to time. Or from sort of an influence perspective, can you recall something that was particularly challenging, that you had to overcome?
Interview 1 - Q: When you were at "company", how was the team? Who was involved cross functionally? How did that work in terms of delivering software?
Interview 2 - Qs: many questions on why I would be interested in joining a growth stage company and why I'd leave my stable job to do so. Some questioning on what I would be interested in working on and what I am passionate about, things like "Are you really passionate about disrupting finCrime ... Or is this more of a good opportunity?"
