I was asked if I knew the programs used, and when I asked what program they use, the manager had to go ask an employee because he did not know. I should have known from that point that this was not the place to be employed.

Explain the reason early childhood education was important or why did I choice early childhood education as a career oppose to elementary or higher levels of education, why should I be chosen to work for this company, what makes me stand out among others, what difference would I make and what are my strengths and weaknesses.
