Explain how you approach migrating a lot of data from one source to another.
The PM Lead presented a couple of scenarios that may be encountered during a project such as what to do when deliverables are over-promised by either the sales or account management team. It also included providing feedback on handling other types of scope-creep.
They mainly ask about specific experiences rather than general questions.
Which way are you headed with your career?
Most of the questions were about how I handle difficult situations (missing deadlines, risk management, etc.) and my previous experience and practices I use to cultivate success.

Why are you leaving your current position?
Tell us about a major project that you were in charge of and what was the outcome of that project? A few technical questions about how to run queries for data and knowledge about databases.
Talk about anything you want. Why do you want to change career path? (which was irrelevant since I have been in the TPM industry for a while) You know that this is a TPM position, right? We don't do Machine Learning stuff.
