When did you take a risky decision
As with most companies today, the questions are all situational.
The most difficult was their response at the end: standard "no" e-mail. The HR process was so personal in beginning, I spent time for preparation beside my busy work schedule, I and Amazon team spent 3 hours for phone calls. And at the end - standard "no" without reasons.
