Though there were a questions about my experience, the questions were primarily about how I would respond to different scenarios and different questions that would be more indicative of personality traits. Applicants also take an Excel quiz to be sure that they are able to keep up/ are on the same level as the rest of the recruiting team. Microsoft Office proficiency is a must for the position.
