They want you to come up with 10 action items you will come up with starting in the role. Along with why its important and what obstacles I expect along the way. Asking for very specific details.
Read a 10 page article and create your own Ecosystem based on the reading and your own experiences. Also add a detailed written component.
What motivates you?
I was not asked anything about the Staffing Recruiting position. Clearly the Interviewee had already decided upon my arrival that I was not suited for the position.

What do you know about Carvana?
Standard questions: Tell me about yourself. Explain your resume. Explain your current role. Explain why you want the job and what you are hoping for professionally. I was surprised in that they presented very little of the company in the interview. They did not seem to pitch the company to me at all, or expect me to be interviewing them in return.
Much of the focus was on automated interviewing tools.
