Technical Recruiter Interview Questions
"Technical recruiting is a demanding sector of recruiting that requires an understanding of what software engineers do and how the tech industry works. In an interview, expect to discuss your knowledge of the technology field for which you are applying as well as answer typical recruiting questions about organizational and time management skills. Because employees in this role need a more advanced skill set than general recruiters, companies often look for candidates with at least 1-3 years of prior recruiting experience."

What am I exactly looking for in a new job opportunity?
¿Cuál es tu disponibilidad para empezar a trabajar?
Tell me about a time you disagreed with you manager, how did you handle the situation and what was the outcome?
STARS behavioral questions. The interviewer acted like she had something to prove to me and asked why I'm even applying. I was recruited by Amazon so act like a professional and not create such a poor candidate experience.
Tell me about a time you did something without permission? Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a peer? Tell me about a time you failed and what did you learn from that experience? Plenty of other entry level questions based off their LP's. They ask them like the questions above, they won't ask them like, "Give me an example of a time where you Took Ownership."
Why did you apply for this job?
Questions were situational/behavioral, around my experience in managing the recruitment function.
Tell me about a time when you made a decision without your manager approval
Tell me about a time you failed
