Interviewer had a development background. I have very little coding experience, and my area of expertise is security. The questions were read from a list, and I did very well, but the interviewer didn't know that because their background didn't match mine. What's the point? It took them several weeks to line up the interview even though I gave them many, many windows, and they couldn't get someone who matched my background. It's no wonder they have so many unfilled openings.
