One of the things I was asked to do was to use the knowledge I had obtained during the interview and my own personal research prior to the interview to explain / present Pindrop's solution (in technical terms) to a customer -- specifically how it would integrate with their environment.

Interviewer covered all basic concepts from Multithreading, OOP concepts like interfaces, Encapsulation, Abstract class in detail with real time implementation, JSP, Servlets, JSTL tags, Implicit objects, Servlet conatiner. One design pattern which I have implemnted in my project (I explained Factory pattern which I used). not much asked on Spring and Hibernate.
What is your greatest weakness.
