This is their test to determine if you recognize a need for pace. The tour is all about how they hire for attitude and train for skill. Training is not a strong suite of Ashely. It's more like tossing one to the wolves and hoping they don't get eaten before you figure out how to be successful at your job. The recruiter seldom even looked at me face to face.
