Cannot recall specifically, but there was a question about conflict within the work team, another about turning a failure into a success, another about making mistakes and what did I do to prevent repeating it.
Why did I leave my last job?
My interview was fairly straight-forward, the usual questions mostly. I don't remember a lot of them, mainly because it was just a few questions, they'd write down a response after I answered and then I was made to read a script. What made me feel really good is that before I got finished reading said script, he said he'd heard enough; turns out he had been impressed with a large medical term that I'd pronounced without assistance. So I got the job pretty much on the spot.
When can you start?
After about 45 minutes of redundant questions, they asked me to do role playing of a call, which was kind of awkward 'cause it was out of the blue and I'm not the most comfortable public improviser.
