The style is more about pitching you the company, they are smaller than most of their competitors, and it shows in the Comp. just a heads up for those of you who are looking to get in. They will offer you sign-on bonuses and plenty of perks if you play hardball around the offer. Most of the questions that I was asked were going through my resume because there are so many interviews and they only have you for about 30 minutes each, you will be responding to a lot of the same questions just to a lot of different people.
