General questions. Not much asked. They have just one employee in Canada. The company seems to losing market in North America. Its base is in HK. A lot of things will be asked to you to do, even if it isn't the position that you applied for.

You have a customer call in who has been transferred 3 times already, how would you explain to her that you have to transfer her to get a technician?
