There weren't really any unexpected questions, just a broad spectrum due to the nature of tech support. I know it's been said before but you definitely need to download the free copy of the software and muck around with it a bit before your interview.

The case study was the primary factor in the interview. It challenged critical thinking, self-motivation, work prioritization, professional communication, and public presentation. Outside of the case study, I would say that Productsup is interviewing to determine personal drive and find individuals who match the energy of the team.
