Get a customer to be "locked" into trying stuff on in the fitting room when they are telling you they don't need help and just want to look around.
It wasn't so much a question as the most difficult part of the interview. You have to "role-play" that you are a sales associate selling to someone in the fitting rooms, played by the store manager. They make it very difficult, and you have to ask exactly the right questions to get through the role play, which is difficult because Luck Brand has a very different sales model compared to most other retailers, so if you're coming in from another company, be prepared.
Question: Management has given you direction that your staff will not agree with. How do you convince your staff to accept the new direction for implementation?
