I did a personality test and they ask me more personality questions. I didn't do any technical test.
If I would be okay with driving to one location, then getting the org car and then driving to the other side of the county to deliver a trainings including late evenings? Also the pay is hourly, not salary.
The assessment questions were weird. It was difficult to tell what they were looking for. Most did not seem relevant to the position.
