Right after discussing the fact that I haven't attended any college courses they asked , "Why should we give you a chance ?"
They were very thorough in gauging both my fit in their culture, but also my relevant experience. There were a good bit of behavioral questions as well as my history in the field.
The interviewer assign to those employee will first ask you if you have already working experience related to the position you are applying for. Secondly, you must a title degree holder. And of course, you must be willing to work under PRESSURE.
