Technical questions followed up on original CV points - the competency questions explored both depth and timescales of what I had delivered; Most were open with 1 based on "what was a recent example of success and how do you demonstrate evidence that" and another based on "an example of influencing a senior stakeholder to achieve an objective / decision where there was originally resistance to the objective / decision"
