They asked about my technical writing experience.
Asked about past experience and assessed problem solving skills. Also tested technical knowledge.
They presented me with a Word .doc that was supposed to be going out to a group of execs. It looked like something someone who never used Word before threw together 5 minutes before a meeting and was in no way presentable at all.
Was given a writing sample to edit or rewrite. I had been in the industry for 20+ years and this was the first editing test I'd been given.
