What is the company mission?
All of the interview questions were interesting, challenging, and fun to answer. Almost all of the interviewers asked why I was in technical writing and about my passion for writing and supporting software users.
Why did you apply for this position? (I didn't)
I believe this was the first time they were going to hire a TW, so the questions were not typical from what I'd expect. They didn't appear to know much about the process.
