I did two interviews by phone, was asked to come up with three pitches and write a complete sample slide map based on my best one, then was brought in to deliver it through an in-person presentation to the entire content team. They role-played a typical client interaction, and did a good job a grilling me until I was more tender than a shish kabob. They were sure to set me up with situations they expected push back on, to test my backbone and expertise. This was apparently a typical day at work, but with much more sever critics — normally in this role you're dealing with stressed out CEOs and touchy PR people.
