They asked detailed questions about my understanding of the technology. This was not unexpected, but I got the impression they wanted me to have a strong aptitude for technology--not just an ability to write about it, but a love of learning it and an ability to understand it well.

Why would you fit into their corporate climate (they tell you nobody leaves once they get hired, but a little research shows high job turnover, esp. in the writing team). Such incongruities undermined the interview for me. Perhaps it would be your cup of tea. I don't sense corroboration or collegiate work ethic.
Not so much a single question as a debate regarding design pattern choices and implementation details.
Did I know what the company was. What did I think of the website.
They asked basic questions about my experience and skills. It felt very rushed. I don't believe they were really interested in placing me, only mining sensitive information from me. Very shady.
