I was given three tasks in the final interview. First two was based on two types of fabrics. Swatches and test reports were given and they asked me to go through the test reports and wanted me discuss under 4 to 5 questions asked. They were around the challenges that could face around sourcing those kind of fabrics. Third task was a realtime problem on a pilling issue of a garment and was asked questions around it.
The most difficult question that came up was "What was one of your greatest failures and how did you overcome it?". I've always had difficulty answering a question like this.
How did I see myself contributing to the department? What were my strongest assets in my opinion?
Why do you want to leave your current hospital? What is your school schedule like? Maybe when you are finished with nursing school you would like to work here?
