Why are you looking to leave your current organization?
The most difficult thing is the assignment project. You are given 24 hours to do it and to complete it I have really spent all this time and at the end my solution was not considered sufficient. One part of the project was to develop a web application, using Java Spring Boot.
You must complete work assignments for them, which they then use for business purposes. The whole company is a scam, nobody uses them to hire employees expect for a bunch of sister companies e.g. Trilogy.
