The interviewer asked me to tell her something about myself that will help her to get to know me as a person. It was clear that she wasn't limited my answer to "work-related" content. I could have told her ANYTHING about myself -- my family, my childhood, my hopes for the future, whatever.
Elementary questions were asked pertaining to past experiences dealing with associates under your supervision, and how you dealt with problems that had arisen. i.e What did you do to resolve a conflict between 2 associates? How did you manage an associate that was under performing? What strategies did you use to impact KPI's? etc.
