Why Beyond 12? Tell me your story and how you got to where you are today? Role play: You are handed a scenario of a students background with issues you are trying to resolve in a 15 minute phone call. Group project: Prepare a presentation to give to a group of freshman. You also have to critique your group at the end, telling one thing each person did right and wrong.
The most unexpected question that was asked was "If I could meet anyone alive or dead who would that be and what would you ask?" It was thrown off by the questions because it had nothing to do with the role, but it was a personal question.
