I am fearful that without documented coaching experience you will disregard this as unqualified. However, I have multiple references who were former coaches, I attend AAU practices and tournaments to study coaches and player development. I shadow rec coaches and attend any and all High School games possible. I suppose to be completely truthful, I'm a bit hesitant to apply for these reasons. However, I know more about this sport than any applicant you will encounter, and if they match my playing theory knowledge... They can't possibly match my innate passion for developing our future youth both emotionally and physically. Thank you for listening.
