Behavioral questions on situations. A lot of those. Almost all the interviews I went through had the same questions over and over. I left on the last interview quite confused as I didn't know what they wanted as the questions kept being the same so I'm not sure if they wanted different answers or trying to find inconsistencies.
One question described a colleague asking you for advice, saying that they were worried about a piece of upcoming work given to them by their manager which involved a complex coding software that they were not familiar with.

Too often though hiring is done in a rushed or even panic mode. A good employee has just quit or some critical business need isn’t getting satisfied. When you need a new employee, you need them now.
