The second interview was "behavioral" and was done by a woman in HR who didn't have much background in consulting. However, since she asked typical behavioral interview type questions there were no big surprises there.

Nothing much. Quite a number of questions based on CV, so be fully prepared about your former experience on CV.
Only general questions about experience and specific questions about project experiences.
Case interview is based off of manager's real experience with a project. These are much more qualitative than a MBB. Be ready to show your problem solving process and make rational recommendations. Victor Cheng's frameworks are a useful guide, though the analyst cases are far easier. There was no computation portion in this case.
