Prior to the Career Focus Day, you will be invited to a briefing where you will be informed what the Career Focus Day will consist of. During this briefing, they informed me that interview questions would be motive-based rather than competency-based. These included questions such as why you would want to work for the company? Why are you applying for that specific role? What do you know about the qualification that you will work towards in this role? What day-to-day tasks and responsibilities would you expect in this role?
