I wasn't asked any questions other than with my experience will I be able to perform the functions required. The person conducting the interview just explained the company what what the job function would be.

Face to face interview, Firstly asked what is it that we do at GE Capital( in particular that site)? They look into your CV as to why you want to do the role and your motivations for this. They ask the majority of their questions on their 5 core values and you have to give a situation as to when you've been showing the values they are looking for.
