Very poor interview. Asked me to describe my background, asked about a few of the initiatives on my resume, Very easy open ended questions. No technical questions. This was a NEW role, so they asked how I would approach making it come to fruition.

Something similar to the above, but I had to state the technical specifications of the solution. So in general, please prepare solid solutions and explain them in a stepwise format. I tripped over these questions for some reason. Even if you have interview experience, please do NOT underestimate the exploitative potential of these 2 questions. I believe they got me, because I was ill prepared for them.

In person with 2 groups of 3 people each. Friendly people, who each had been assigned a competency. Then they created their own questions based on that competency.

I was asked to look at different prints of code samples, and to identify what they did.
