The girls who interviewed me barely had the ability to work a computer and were attempting to interview someone for an IT role. Despite being an IT role, all the questions were about finding out if I was willing to put the company above my own basic needs.

Basic PC and Mac troubleshooting. Networking protocols along with ADS account management and Exchange administration. Again nothing that would surprise anyone that has applied for an IT position before.
