This was very odd. While on my 2nd interview at the branch the two managers interviewing me asked to make believe I was a cashier at Office Depot and they were customers buying paper and now I had to sell them a pen. I was totally thrown off by this question, I don't do well adlibbing stuff.
The only negative I came away with was that one of the interviewers assumed I was retiring and only coming back to work for extra money. This is not the case and I felt it was because of my age that I did not get the position.

There was a simple, timed, computer literacy test where you had to type about a page from a sheet of paper they had given me. There was also a simple math test.
The assessment process is long, but the organization explained its purpose to me.
To be honest , there were none.
