The most difficult portion of the interview was role-playing typical sales interactions with no experience as a bank teller.
Was currently employed as a Sales Specialist with the bank and was underperforming in my sales categories because I was filling in as the Teller Operations Specialist in her absence. Was asked, "Based on how low your current performance metrics are, why should we hire you?"
The interview with the branch manager was very enjoyable. However, the role playing part was somewhat hard. Study the products, the manager was very impressed that I knew the products therefore it was easy which products to recommend. Also scenario questions were somewhat difficult also.
No difficult questions were asked.
What to do if the customer is very angry and will not listen to anything I said. Tell me about a sell you made.

Before a group interview, we were told that there would be a sales-exercise at the end, but no more than that. In the end, we were asked to get them interested in purchasing a pen.
