Training was too quick and we were not thoroughly taught the products, after years in banking, this was the poorest training I ever had.
Nothing really -- it's all SALES focused. You're not a teller there, you're a sales associate. Your job is to sell accounts. That is how you are judged, that is how you are promoted, that is the reason why you may be fired.
