Questions were pretty much what you would expect: about my background, past jobs, skills. What interested me about the company. Several questions were about the position (to determine if I was a fast learner, if I had the relevant computer skills). Some questions were more situational...how do I handle quick deadlines, how do I work under pressure.
Most questions are about your background, personality and hobbies. What you like about the brand?, Why you choose Paperchase?, Describe yourself in 3 words? They also focus a lot on your availability and flexibility to work on weekend.
Have you worked in a team before? If so, how would you sort out problems in your team
They asked what my motivations for temping were and how long I hoped to do so.
