They asked a lot about my CV, so make sure you update it and read over it before the interview. They also asked me why I applied for the position and where I see myself in the future. Just be honest and very friendly.

The interview focused on asking me to provide examples of where I had demonstrated behaviour in line with the M&S values. e.g. where I had done something inspirational. I enjoyed this but it wasn't what I had expected i.e. why do you want to work in retail, work for M&S etc.
