When were you challenged to step outside of your comfort zone?
The interview process took place during November which is when the company begins to make organizational changes each year so there were managers moving around and it slowed the process down drastically.
I don’t remember exact questions but they are looking for specific answers. They don’t want to hear things like “thAt always happens and I just”... they want you to say “that happened to me at my last job when a customer... so I...”
What are some provable achievements in your previous roles?
