After all the interviews were completed and a very aggressive effort to get me to commit to the position I was asked about Salary requirements. I mirrored the range the Recruiter spoke of on my first call with her and since then, there has been very little conversation unless I reach-out for an update. This seems misleading as the Recruiter provides a salary $10k over what the position is budgeted for and it makes me wonder if the Leadership team is aware of this tactic. If so, they will be plagued with the challenge of hiring quality managers capable of bringing the CSO's plans to fruition since any manager worth their salt will not tolerate a lack of integrity.
