I took interview in Anchanto couple of weeks back.First round looks good interviewer was knowledgeable and asked me question related to advanced level question in Performance testing & Engg. Next level was a nightmare for me, interviewer fist question was WHERE ARE YOU FROM ? followed by baseless questions more of a time pass for 15-20 mins.He lacks knowledge in Performance Testing & Engg and he is afraid to ask me conceptual question. It looks like his first Question "WHERE ARE YOU FROM ? " decided the fate of the candidate.
Most common question that I can recall of - Difference b/w unique, each iteration and sequential, each iteration
1.based on loadrunner parameter file option unique and sequence etc 2.scenario based questions 3. Performance testing types 4. Which test you performed. 5.what is endurance test etc
JMeter basic questions Approach How are you going to debug a bug How can you send variables through Excel and within JMeter itself?
what is dynamic routing
They will give you a scenario of company which is seeing his downside as a manager they will ask you approach to motivate your staff
Basic questions as per the resume and work experience.
