THATGHOSTCOMPANY!!! The interview process started after a recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview for the EM position. I had two interviews one with the hiring manager and other a technical discussion focused(which was hardly technical and the person himself was confused how to conduct an interview). After that till date it has been over a month no one has provided any update. This shows quite the unprofessional etiquettes of the recruiting team and the company itself. So if you are looking to interview expect to be ghosted. Additionally, while talking to people in the interview process one thing was apparent was the company lacks direction, the culture isnt great and there is rampant crunching and heavy politics.
