Assessment was made onsite during an interview day which was well organized and engaging. The day gave a good picture of the company and it was possible to meet future coworkers. Process was divided into four parts, which seemed a bit long at first, but turned out to work really well as it gave a chance to share experiences with other applicants. They could improve the process a bit, but they did not request to give any feedback. Feedback on your performance was given next day, which was a nice bonus.
