I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Jul 2025
Interview
So so so long, and so many people, only to be told via voicemail that I didn’t get the role after the final round of interviews. I also got an email saying — “Hej, ABOUT, Thanks for your time but we’ve decided to go with someone who is a better fit” — clearly an automated email that didn’t even provide the decency of using my actual name. I think they use the fact that they’re a cool company to make it alright to not treat candidates very well.

Question 1
What would be your answer to a set of concrete emails from leaders?
