      Store Manager Interview

      Oct 19, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Paris
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Paris) in Mar 2025

      Interview

The process was long, demanding multiple interviews during more than 4 months. The salary is ridiculously low compared to the list of competences. There’s absolutely no structure in the company, the recruiting manager was also the biggest store manager - Lego overcharges its middle range employees with extra job. They also recruit for a store with absent team, saying beforehand that upon arrival I would have to recruit an assistant manager and other sales associates. When they asked my feedback about interview, the calling person didn’t actually want to listen it. Only company’s feedback matters.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Would you mind to start working without an assistant manager and taking a responsibility to recruit one upon your arrival?
