Only apply if you like tedious, dragging, never-ending recruitment processes with no communication or feedback whatsoever.
I believe Lego might be a great company but their recruitment process leaves much room for improvement.
Initially they told me (2.5 weeks after applying) in the initial call that they were looking to hire someone as soon as possible.
After the first round interview in early June, I didn't get any feedback for over two weeks. Then, instead of getting any constructive feedback, I was invited via email for a second round interview.
Little did I know that the one and only time I got any sort of comms from the recruiter was in my first interview. He refused to respond to any of my emails or LinkedIn messages from this point.
There was a Candidate Book, but I didn't receive any prep before the second round interview, nor any calls after the interview to ask how I felt, how it went, and to provide feedback after my interview.
After another two and a half weeks of silence, I received a timed message on Wednesday evening from the recruiter that unfortunately I wasn't chosen, to let me know if I wanted more detailed feedback, and to schedule a call in the next few days.
I told him I wanted more feedback, which was met with a wall of silence-again.
So only apply if you like impersonal, dragging, endless hiring processes, with no follow-up or constructive feedback whatsoever.
Lego, get better!
